About me

My passion for wines and distillates has always guided me until becoming my profession.

The passion was cultivated parallel to my university studies in languages and foreign literature (worth mentioning the thesis “Wine in French Literature”), becoming a professional sommelier Ais in 2010.

Numerous seminars in the course of the years, among which “Study of French Viniculture”, “Seminar on Pinot Noir”, “Service Techniques”.

Experience of association Ais which allowed me to be a judge in the competition “Italia in Rosa” in 2010 and make the finals for Best Sommelier of Lombardia in 2011.

The sommelier profession was put into practice and consolidated in the 12 years of management of the Locanda della Corte restaurant, where I was able to deal daily with the needs and tastes of the most diverse customers, always looking for the best food-wine pairings and offering a list of very dynamic wines in which big names joined small producers, consequence of my constant research.

In fact, as soon as possible I am always on the road in the various Italian and French wine areas to continue to increase my knowledge and discover new producers. I have a particular focus on organic and biodynamic producers, an interest that stems from the belief that only through a sustainable agricultural philosophy can a healthy, high quality wine-food be produced.

This is the past. The future “we will only discover it… by drinking”

My Latest Projects

Raggiocorto Restaurant
New opening in a beautiful place in the historical center of Palazzolo sull’Oglio.
Consulting work to realize Wine List, for the organization of themed nights and events.
Focus on the choice of the plates in the menu to satisfy all the requests of the demanding clientele.
La Cantina Restaurant
In October, I will collaborate with the venue La Cantina of Via Ghislanzoni in Bergamo for the organization of themed nights and for the creation of a new wine list so as to satisfy all the requests of the demanding clientele.
Australia and Beyond
Beginning of a NEW PROJECT: I established business relations with Australian entrepreneurs for the export of wines of the collaborated companies.
